Q. Is Perl available on Rasperry Pi?

A. Apparently Perl is not in the base installation of Raspian OS, but
   available packages are listed here:

     http://www.raspberryconnect.com/raspbian-packages-list

   Perl packages (or any other desired packages) can be installed with
   the package management system from the command line.
